March 18th     WE POSTED THIS MESSAGE ON FACEBOOK

BY STACY GRAHAM

Hi to all our Facebook friends.  We hope you and our fur friends are well.  With all that has been happening lately with the coronavirus, and the need for social distancing to prevent the spread, we have implemented some measures of our own to keep everyone well.  The health of your pet has always been our business and passion, and continues to be.  We are here to continue what we do, but know that your health, and the health of our staff is very important to us, and we will take every step we can to keep everyone well.

As of now and until further notice, we are taking steps to halt foot traffic into the store.  We will be in our regular hours, but our doors will be locked. We ask that if you are unwell, please take precaution and refrain from coming by until you are well, or send someone else.

We will be selling all our regular food, treats, and other suplies that your dog or cat needs and loves.  If you need to make a purchase, you can either call us so we have your order ready, or you can come by the shop and knock at the door.  Someone will come to help you. We will bring your purchases out to you.

We unfortunately are not continuing to operate our self service wash at this time, as well discontinuing walk in nail trim service.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  If your pet is in need of a wash, or nail trimming, please call for a grooming appointment.  We will schedule you in,  following the above instructions.

If you are a grooming customer and do not feel comfortable at this time bringing your dog in, we understand.  Please call and we can cancel, or reschedule you to a time that will work.  Please continue to brush and keep your pets coat healthy and unmatted.

We continue to use hospital grade sanitizer around our shp, and are sanitizing more frequently.

Please call if you have any questions or need to make a purchase or appointment.  Take care, and stay well.

All the staff of pet paws.

MARCH 18 POSTED TO NEXT DOOR BY RIVA HARDING

Hello friends and family of Pet Paws Dog Wash and Nutrition center!  Because of the current state of emergency: as of the next 30 days we will not be open to the public to help limit the amount of foot traffic in the shop.  However, we will still be available for your dog food (ordering and pick-up), grooming, and any other pet needs you have.  We will not be open for self-wash, but us groomers are more than happy to do it for you, just call to make an appt or an order, and we will meet you outside for your pup/with your food or treats.  We are sorry for any inconvenience, but you and your fur babies are still our #1 priority, besides community wellness of course.

Thank You!!!

MARCH 27

WE ARE OPEN TUES. -  SAT. 10:00 TO 6:30 BUT OUR DOOR REMAINS LOCKED

As we are going along, to ensure safety for both our customers, their pets,  and ourselves, we are changing some of our business habits for additional safety.

1.  Receiving payment:  We prefer to take your credit card information over the phone. You can also pay with a check, or cash in an envelope for services and products.  We do not write any debit/credit card numbers down but enter them directly into our Visa/MC machine.  You will be provided with a receipt.

2. Our door remains locked but we now have a doorbell on the handle of the shop. We found that when we are working with the dryers running we could not hear anyone tapping on the window.

3.  If you're dropping your dog off for grooming, we would prefer that the dog, large or small, be on a regular 4 to 6 foot flat leash with a snug fitting  collar.  PLEASE NO FLEXI LEADS. If your dog is too tiny we will take it from your arms.

We hope everyone is safe and well.
